Frank Torriero

The Torriero family opened the Pizza Dude Italian
Restaurant in 2000. It was a full service fine
dining restaurant and it made Mr. and Mrs. Torriero
were very proud of the Italian recipes they
brought from home.
Frank Torrieroo was born in
New Jersey and grew up in the family business.
By the age of 12 was already tossing pizzas.
He opened his first restaurant in the 1990’s
in Mission Viejo which was originally called
“Franks’s Pizzeria”. The ingredients
of his success were his family recipes and hard
work.
Despite of his success, Frank
Torriero missed the real New York style pizza
and thought that it would be great if he could
bring it all the way to Mission Viejo. He mixed
his traditional Italian family’s recipes
with the real New York style and created the
perfect concept to build the New York Style
Pizzeria.
Frank Torriero started training
chefs to ensure that would carry the original
Torriero recipes and that all of the menu items
prepared fresh with the same premium quality
ingredients.
As of today, Frank Torriero looks forward
to future expansion to offer his concept of quality
and tradition to new market areas. |
